B&C Consultancy is a proudly Aboriginal-owned consultancy, co-founded by Belinda Panozzo and Christine Smith. Together, they bring more than 30 years of experience working alongside children, young people, families, carers, communities and organisations across the Child Protection, Out-of-Home Care, Disability and Community Services sectors.
